Getting started
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Send a short request without a credit card. Our team will contact you to discuss the learner and suitable times before arranging a seven-day trial. The request does not start a paid plan.
How old should my child be to start?
Children begin at different ages and levels. Tell us about your child and we will discuss a suitable start. Paid lessons in the three plans are 30 minutes.
Do you teach adults?
Yes — a large portion of our students are adults, including complete beginners and reverts. You will not feel out of place.
Teachers & classes
Are female teachers available for sisters and children?
Yes. We have certified female Qariat available across time zones, teaching sisters and children exclusively when preferred.
Can I choose my own teacher?
Absolutely. Browse profiles, try free trials, and pick the teacher who feels right. You can switch teachers any time without penalty.
What if my teacher is unavailable one day?
Contact the academy. We will discuss another suitable time or an available covering teacher with you.
Pricing & lessons
How long does the introductory price last?
It covers your first six paid monthly fees. Your first paid fee has an extra 5% reduction. An approved full-month break with no fee does not count toward the six.
Can we change plans during the offer?
Yes. Your remaining discounted fees follow you to the new plan. If you change partway through a paid month, we adjust only the remaining days.
What if we need to miss a lesson?
Please message us. We will try to arrange a makeup lesson in the same paid month, or within 60 days of the original class. One courtesy makeup per student is available each paid month for an absence without a message.
Can we pause for a longer break?
Yes. Tell us in advance so we can confirm which future lessons can be paused. We credit those lessons to your next fee, and your usual monthly fee date stays the same.
Does a higher-priced plan include better teaching?
No. Every plan has 30-minute one-to-one lessons, the same teaching standards, progress updates and academy support. Choose by the number of lessons that fits your week.
Do you offer a family discount?
We do not publish a fixed family discount. If you have more than one child, speak to us and we will discuss any adjustment individually.
Child safety
How do you keep children safe?
Every teacher passes background checks and academy oversight is applied to every class. Parents can silently observe any live class.
Are classes recorded?
Recording is available for parents on request, with the teacher's knowledge. Recordings are securely stored and only shared with the parent.
