We started Tahir Quran Academy because Muslim families deserve better than an anonymous tutor marketplace. Here's how we're different.
Our promise
What we owe every family.
We are a 1-on-1 online Quran academy for kids and adults. Every teacher is vetted, every class is structured, and every lesson is logged for parents to see. Nothing about your child's Quranic education should be a black box.
Our founder started this academy after struggling to find a teacher who was both certified and consistent for their own children. We built the platform we wished existed: a real academy, not a marketplace.
Every teacher passes a three-step review: credential verification, live demonstration with our academic team, and background checks. We say no more often than we say yes.
Every lesson has an entry: Surah, Ayah range, Tajweed rating, and a note from your teacher. Parents can silently observe live classes at any time. Nothing to guess.

We turn away teachers who aren't ready and students we can't serve well. A slower, sincerer academy beats a bigger, blurrier one.
